NC Noob
Hello folks
I've been reading the forum for a while and have really enjoyed all the TR's and information. I'm new to fishing the smokies but not to fly fishing so I'm looking forward to exploring some new water in the future. I'm jumping in with both feet and heading up Hazel creek this weekend with my son for a couple of days. Any info or reports of conditions would be appreciated. Thanks and take care. stobrod

Welcome to the forum stobrod. Looks like a great weekend for you and your son on Hazel Creek as far as the weather. I am pretty new at fly fishing and caught my first trout ever (a brown trout to boot) on Hazel Creek a few years back near cs 84. I think you are going to have an incredible time.
