Couple of pictures from 8/28/2012
I was able to get out to fish yesterday evening for about an hour before the lightning chased me off. It was long enough for me to catch this nice 28 inch red. Caught it on my LC Shrimp.
  Sorry for the lack of posting.....it has been for a lack of fishing  I am trying to remedy that though!

Good looking fish John. Great to hear from you. Thought maybe a bull red might have pulled you out of the marsh and out to sea.

John does it again..........great fish........going to Emerald Isle again this October to try to catch my first red drum on the fly rod........

I wanted to get out and fish several times this weekend, but ended up having to work on my daughter's car on Sunday morning so I was only able to fish on Monday. I ended up breaking one off and then catching a nice 22 inch fish. I did not get any pictures, but if my fishing partner gets the video he took online I will try and post it.

I know what you mean....I have a daughter at unc asheville.......new tires this weekend.......new battery next weekend.......it's our job.......but it's worth it........when she becomes rich and famous, she promises to buy me that cabin on the madison river!!!!!!!!
