Default Feeling lucky

I'm heading to Townsend next weekend with my best friend Ken Mills. This is our first trip since his motorcycle accident last year. I always feel lucky to be able to fish in the park but considering the seriousness of Ken's injuries and the speed of his recovery we are feeling especially lucky this time. Fish or no fish, it will be a great trip.

Hope you guys have a blast. It's always nice to hear of someone's recovery. My father-in-law and I went fishing soon after his cancer sugery... sure was nice, even though we were skunked. Good luck!

hey Steve.....I know you guys will have a great time considering the events that have led you both to this point. I remember when you posted the accident and offering prayer for your friend Ken. It is fantastic to see the power of God's hand in the healing process. Have a great time and enjoy what God has created and what God has offered you for that trip.......take a few minutes to remember him during your trip

Default Thanks

Everyone's thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated. I am always thankful to be able to enjoy God's great creation and I know Ken feels the same way. The water temperature is low and the fishing may be slow, but who cares. There is no bad day fishing.
