Hiwassee 6/13 It was Smoking!!
Met up with Dean at Hiwassee Anglers picked up a few Teliico Nymphs and the day was beautiful. Met with a few students from U.G.A. and Lee University doing a study on the water and effects on the salamander population. They said her river ticker is ticking as it should and in great health!!
Parked at Big bend and plenty like these to the hand and released for another fine day.      Thankful to be alive!!!!

Great looking fish and a water flow that appears surprisingly decent for this time of year. Thanks for sharing.

Nice pictures again and thanks for sharing. I enjoy looking at all the great places to fly fish and I have been to some of them myself so I can relate to them. Thanks again.

Looks like you had a great day on the HI! Glad you enjoyed it. I might have to get down that way and fish it again next winter.
