This week you get a two for one bonus. Let's see your favorite dry/dropper rig for small to medium sized mountain streams. If you don't fish those at all then substitute for whatever water you do fish and explain... So tie up one dry and one dropper (can both be dries if thats what you want for your dropper!!!).

Thanks for participating and helping to keep this going olesmoke! I'm in Colorado now and don't have my tying stuff so may not get to share this week...or maybe I'll just cheat and add something next Monday... Anyway, hope lots of others participate here. I know lots of people are fishing this rig in the mountains. Let's see what you all have!!!

Here you go, pretty standard I would say for the Smokies this time of year:
![]() Yellow Foam Neversink with Grizzly Hackle, Size 14 And I'll give you two droppers, if one isn't working, the other usually will: ![]() The Pink weenie, Size 10, 2Xlong streamer hook (Shout out to Duckypaddler on this combo) Or if that isn't getting them, I use this dropper: ![]() Cream colored Caddis Larva, on a size 14 caddis hook, white/cream wool body, brown olive thread and brown dubbing head, no additional weight ![]() Sorry for the light/glare issues on some of these photos. |

I've been stuck inside my bathroom for what seems like an eternity trying to complete a tear-out/remodel. |

I guess I'll have to agree with NDuncan, if I were down there today, this is what I would tie on.
![]() With one of these on the bottom ![]() If that didn't get some action PDQ, I would drop one of these. ![]() Wish I was there today to try it. Tad |

What's the next one going to be? Since it is summer, I would like to nominate Terrestrial patterns for one in the next few weeks...

NDuncan, sorry I'm a little slow today. Got in late last night from searching for housing in CO. Anyway, I like the way you think. Let's do terrestrials this week. I'll start another thread for that...
