Default Couple of pictures from 8/28/2012

I was able to get out to fish yesterday evening for about an hour before the lightning chased me off. It was long enough for me to catch this nice 28 inch red. Caught it on my LC Shrimp.

Sorry for the lack of posting.....it has been for a lack of fishing I am trying to remedy that though!

Good looking fish John. Great to hear from you. Thought maybe a bull red might have pulled you out of the marsh and out to sea.

I wanted to get out and fish several times this weekend, but ended up having to work on my daughter's car on Sunday morning so I was only able to fish on Monday. I ended up breaking one off and then catching a nice 22 inch fish. I did not get any pictures, but if my fishing partner gets the video he took online I will try and post it.

John, nice reds as always! Are the bull reds moving in yet? I'm headed to Myrtle next month and hopefully can find a few to munch on your LC shrimp. BTW, I have searched everything to use for that diameter titanium wire... found some leader material, but too flexible, any insights? Thanks in advance.

The bull reds are in and moving, at least in Bft. As far as the wire goes, I just found out when I tried to look up the info for someone else that amazon took over small parts. Currently the .0196 diameter was out of stock, but a couple of days ago they did have some of the .0150 diameter in stock. I will let you know if I see it in stock.

John

Johnh, How are things at The Shrimp Shack? The closest I've been to your neck of woods is hunting deer near Bennet's Point.
