Orvis Holiday Sales Question

I am sure this will seem like an unusual question, but

Sometime during the Holidays last year the Sevierville Orvis dealer was offering a free Reel with the purchase of one of their Rods combos.

Does anyone remember what time of year that was, hoping Orvis might have something similar this year.
