Thumbs up Barbless

I'm a barbless or mashed barb kind of guy for all the reasons that has been posted.

A few years back, I hooked a pretty decent bass on a crank bait. The rear treble was in his lip. When I was trying to get it out, the bass shook his head and then I had a lure with one set of hooks in a bass lip and the other in my thumb. Yes, it hurt coming out.

I mash the barbs down on my flies and most of my treble hooks. Easier on the fish and a whole lot easier on me.
