Default Fishing Report - 3 Streams Ga., Tn. and N.C.

Since the Hazel Creek trip was cancelled, Frank and I had to go fishing. We decided to try the Toccoa on Thursday of last week. Fishing was O.K. at best and we threw everything at them. Most came on nymphs that we drifted through seams and the bite came at the end of the swing. I had good luck with streamers.

Saw more Hellbenders in one day than I ever have. This guy let me get close with an under water camera.

The next day we drifted the Hiwassee and it was a first for me rowing the stair steps. Frank had good luck with landing this bass.

Then Saturday we travelled to N.C very early to get to the trail head with thoughts of Brook Trout but getting to them would not be easy. We started the trail head at 6:45.

The water was amazing even with all the leaves that were in the stream.

Frank had this Brookie try three attempts to get the fly.

Frank with another Brook.

We still have visions of what Hazel will be like. Until then, we just have to keep on keep'n on.

Thank You,

Breck
