Default Dads 80th birthday

We will be coming out in October to celebrate my dads 80th birthday! All three kids will be there. Myself, my brother from gulf shores and my sister from Florida. We would like to make this a memorable trip. Any suggestions on great places to fish that wouldnt be too taxing on my dad? I would really like to get him into some big fish. How easy is the trophy waters of Cherokee to fish? Too steep? too rocky? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks , flyguys!

Trophy water across from the highschool at the bridge. About the only place super easy to wade. No distance walking at all. And 24 inch plus fish....
