Default A Valuable Service - for your tourists

I noticed that you defined the stream flow parameters for little river by stating what is considered low and what is considered high. That is fantastic data easily understood.

It would be fantastic if you had a similar guideline available for each tailwater. I travel down from Ohio, and it is difficult to understand the cryptic messages on the geological site.

For example, the South Holston may be blown out if the generator is running, but if they are only pulsing it only produces a convenient break in the action.

I know that there are no guarantees, but a little translation would certainly help alot.

What does anyone else think?

Hello Mattsmarg, Welcome to the board and thanks for your comment. We will give this consideration but I've got to tell you that most of us in the shop don't fish the tailwaters enough to give our opinion and feel that we are not putting someone at risk. I bet some of the members of this board can give you that information. I would feel terrible if I gave someone the wrong information or they mis-understood it and an accident happened. Byron
