I hadn't seen this posted here, but I ran across this and thought it was interesting. *I guess that qualifies me as a bureaucrat.

I think the goal to improve access is good, especially if they do a better job at access to tailwaters.

Oh yeah, I noticed that they are going to look into offering a 1 day permit. That's good news.
