Cow Standing factor or CSF

I first read about the Cow standing factor a couple of days ago and had to laugh, I've heard that since I was a little boy. *I also heard that they had to be eating, but I digress... *I always *look at the cows, its an integral part of fishing! *You must keep it on the website as its quirkiness will just add to the flavor that is LRO. *I propose this. *We always gauge rivers by thier water flow or Cubic Feet per Second - ie., CFS. *Now lets have the Cow Standing Factor or CSF. *I think its a nice little twist.

Yep, it dates back to simpler times, worked the & it works now. I count the deer alongside the road as well on my way to the water
