winter fishing

Hello Everyone,
Where do you guys fish during the winter with the water being so low and cold at times?
With a young son and another on the way I would like to maximize my time on the water.
Any suggestions would help

Jeep, when the water temps get down to 40 degrees or colder, we switch over to a couple of Springcreeks (ie. Anthony Creek, or to tailwaters). We have about 5 of those and you can take your pick. There is a pretty good report of the Hi. on the board right now from yesterday.
