TWRA stocking results

I was pretty excited when I saw all the places that the TWRA was going to stock fish in Middle Tennessee this year, but when I've gone it's usually so crowded that I haven't enjoyed it all that much.

I have had luck at the Harpeth River, but I was wondering how you guys were doing out there?
Has anyone had better luck at one or the other? Just wondering.

We all feel your pain. I usually fish these waters well after the pressure has settled down. I live a hop-skip and jump from J-Percy Priest lake and dam and hardly ever fish below the dam. Just too many bucket fisherman for my taste. I spend much more time in the mountains,caney,elk and from my float tube on the lakes. To find the solitude you usually have to hike up stream a ways or get your-motor-running!
