Default fishing and the eclipse

Fished at Tremont on Saturday. Not even a hit.

Went up to Foothills Parkway for the eclipse. Pretty cool stuff.

Glad y'all got to at least see the eclipse...it was still too light here to really see it.

I don't know if the phases of the moon effect the trout - I'm sure there's some effect. Of course, down here with the saltwater fishing, it makes a big deal - it drives the tides, and that means everything; when the water stops moving, the fish stop feeding.

Wow. What kind of camera for that last shot? Neattttt-O. We saw some of it, but had no idea that's what it was. it was a little cloudy out here, so we thought maybe it was just clouds....it wasn't nearly as clear as it was in your pics. Thanks for posting em!

i`ve noticed at the sipsey in n.alabama, the moon seems to effect the fish alot, for me anyway.i`ve always studied the moon back in my bass fishing days and noticed some change in them.here at the sipsey, the water dont have much flow to it during nongenerating times and if theres a full moon,i will make fishing tough in the daytime.i`m not brave enough to fish it at night(yet)but that dont mean i stop trying.
