Default Thank You all at LRO

I am staying in townsend right now, I visit the GSMNP once a year for my spring break and I live in Ohio and have a popular fly shop Mad River Outfitters right by me, but do the the great customer service, I consider LRO to be my home fly shop, the service is the best I have ever had in ANY fly shop that I have been in, I am also one of the two guys that Byron was talking about in the 3/19 fishing report. To everyone at LRO you guys and gals are great keep up the good work, you all are truly making a great base of customers, and also making my dream fly fishing shop. I would like to say thank you, to everyone that works at LRO, keep you the good work.

Matt, we all consider ourselves very, very lucky to have people like Mr. and Mrs. B and Daniel running our flyshop. Hey, the weather is supposed to be great this week - I wish you some amazing fishing and I wish I could be there to fish with ya! GO GET EM!

hey Matt.....I'm right there with ya brother...Byron, Paula & Daniel (truely all staff) are the best. I look at other ff'ing catalogs, but if LRO has it then that is where I buy it....all because of the service and friendship that I get. I typically am a support the home front type of buyer, but when someone treats me like the folks at LRO does, they get my consumer loyalty. This is the typical of all LRO staff, this past Jan. I took a fly tying class and had a few minutes between sessions. I was able to track Byron down and interupt what he was doing. Even though it was the first time I had spoken to him in person, he had the interest to make me feel like we had been friends for years.....I agree - thanks LRO.........

ps.....I have shopped Mad River Outfitters many times and they are a very good fly shop, but that was before I found LRO

Heaven seems a little closer .........on a Smoky Mountain stream.......
