Did you have a chance to get some shots of them, SFS? Many large trout reside in the Clinch. But, I think the crop of 14-20" fish is down. Certain areas are fairing well while others are suffering.

This brown is probably around 4lbs. It wasn't in the MI area.

Unfortunately No...and boy was i kicking myself!!! Big time!!! I got the measurements of the fish and will have a replica made hopefully soon. He measured 25 and a quarter long and had a 15 inch girth!!!
