Inland fly fishing in Mexico

I am going to be working in San Louis Potosi Mexico for the next 2 months. All I know is that it is located North of Mexico City. Any idea what there is to catch, where to catch it and how to catch it? Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe this needs to go to the warm water section?
