The Soque' (So- kweee) river is nationally known river of North GA. There is a public section that occasionally has hold over fish and fish that find safe havens there but for the most part much of the Soque is private and requires either guided service or daily fees. The Black Hawk, Brigadoon, etc... Definitely not a hidden jewel or secrete. You can see additional info here:

Water is very low and many of the streams lost 90% of their fish last year.
Black Hawk was one fo the few to put in weir dams and oxygen pumps into the stream. They were able to maintain many of their big fish.
