This is my frist post and I am excited to talk a little about the trout and the fishermen on South Holston. I have been trout fishing for over 45 years and find S. Holston to be one of the best spots I have fished. The fishing is good and the fishermen are eager to share there experiences on the river with you.
I fished with FLYFSN there yesterday and we had a ball. He is just about as tough on fish as I am. I fish most of the tail waters in Kentucky especialy Wolf Creek on the Cumberland River. I also fish most of the streams in the Dainel Boone Nat.Forest. I love tying flies and letting my Granddaughter try them out for me. Take a kid hunting or fishing. You will be glad you did. |
