Default A couple of points

Most of the fish, regardless of species or location, were taken with some form of a Mr Rapidan dry fly - some were taken on the old reliable parachute Adams. Secondly, since we kept a couple of rainbows from Lynn Camp, I of course had to clean them. Their stomachs were full and, as it turned out, literally rock-hard. I found all sorts of gravel in their bellies - undoubtedly, they had been feeding on caddis larva - stickbait.

Food for thought.
