Default Delaware Adams

Does anyone fish with a Delaware Adams? If so, what are your results in fishing it? How do you tie it? Any information will be appreciated.

Here is the real deal. Originated by Walt Dette and tied by Mary Dette.

You also might want to take a look at the Adams Variant, it is the Smoky Mt version of the famous Adams pattern. I think the originator was Fred Hall from Bryson City.
