TROUTFEST this weekend

TROUTFEST begins tonight @ 6pm with a banquet & auction in the LRO parking lot. The outdoor crafts show and exhibit will be a the Townsend visitor center Sat from 9am-6pm and Sun from 10am-5pm. Admission is free; parking is free. Come join the fun.

Had a good time today and the weather was perfect. It was good to see all of the updates on conservation and new things that are taking place in the park. I also was very excited to see all of the activities for the kids. This kept my oldest son busy while the wife watched and I was able to take my 8 month old with me to check out everything. Lots of neat things to see along with watching Walter Babb tie a few flies and casting some nice Sage rods.
