Trophy trout fishing in Cherokee?

I have heard a couple of people mention that Cherokee is going to establish a trophy fishery on the Raven Fork River or one of their other streams. I heard that the cost would be $25 per day. However, I searched the internet and couldn't find anything to verify these rumors. Does anyone have any information pertaining to a trophy fishery in Cherokee other than the current program that they utilize?
