We were there the first day, and they said one guy brought in 58 - he was up higher than us. I got 10 - I probably could have doubled that number if I was alone, but I can't cover the water as quickly when I have to keep tabs on the girls - we can't get too far apart. I can't imagine that many...best I've done is somewhere between 30-40, although I know some of the really experienced anglers on this forum have had close to 100 fish days.

As of last night there had been about 110 anglers and a total of just over 325 fish caught. A very few anglers have caught the majority of the fish.
Today only 5 people showed up to fish by the time I left at 1pm. Does anyone know if the stream will be closed on the 15th, or in September? I had thought in September, but the Park guy I was working with said it will be closed after the fish-out. Anyone know for sure?

Everything I had seen said September...this is the first I've heard of it closing now.

Here's an article I found:
http://www.knoxnews.com/news/2008/ma...nbow-warriors/ There is a paragraph in it that states that the regs revert back to normal after the 14th, until September. |
