Check out Big Sky Journal 2007 Fly Fishing Edition for a story called:
"The Witch of Drung Hill", by Jerry Gibbs page 224.

It is a well written story about the famous Ireland "Sea Trout" and "Magical Flies"

I have not been able to find a copy of the article on line, but if you can get your hands on it, it is worth the read. Spooky
The whole issue is worth having actually, It has a great story by Michele Corriel about Norman Maclean...very good work.
