Default Ireland!

I had the pleasure of going fishing in Ireland. Staying at a B&B that runs the local fishing waters, and boasts a full service fly shop. The nice thing about the water is they regulate the anglers based on permits you buy to fish, so they don't put to many anglers on one strech. The place is called Clonanav, run by Andrew Ryan, who guides and has been in magazines here in the States. There are 3 rivers that converge in the general area, the Nire, Tar, and Suir. You can chase salmon as well but I chose to go after some of their husky browns, and I found plenty. It was fabulous, the fishing, food, and of course Guinness! If you ever get a chance to visit this wonderful country, pack your gear, you will be glad you did.
