Anyone been on the Clinch since they've been generating?

I'm curious to know whether it's worth getting the boat out.

Is the fishing still good at these levels, or are the fish just hiding under rocks?

The water is way high and moving fast. You will catch some decent browns above the weir in a boat if you are spinning with some worms or corn. Get a good anchor.

As far as fly fishing; I think it is out of the question for the next week or so...
