Looks like there isn't much room for a cross current drift. Do you fish mainly upstream casts on the Hiwassee? Dwayne

Actually these photos were taken with no water running at the Big Bend area. There are many diverse areas to fish on the Hiwassee. I am able to do some cross stream casting all over the river, but my favorite places to fish are the big bend and stairsteps areas where I will do alot of upstream casting. It is an incredibly beautiful river that has fallen on some hard times the past few drought years, I am looking forward to the Hiwassee returning to its glory days soon.

I like the way that water looks, it doesn't have that typical tailwater look.

been gone awhile
My computer crashed and I havn't had any posts for awhile. But I have many pics from the past 8 months or so. Rather than take up a ton of room, I'll just post a link to my myspace. There are some neat underwater shots. But, I am back and can't wait to show off some new pics.
