Waterwolf, Possibly I should have been clearer. Outages are scheduled for spring and fall for nuclear and steam plants. Hydro units may be used to supplement the decreased capacity for power. I know a little something about this, but my work on outages was long ago. Hope my information was not misleading to anyone. Monk
