Default clinch river float question

I have a pontoon boat I fish the Hiwassee, Toccoa, and Caney Fork with. I want to start fishing the Clinch. I am a teacher and I am off all summer. When is the best time to float the Clinch, during one generation or during no generation? Or is it better to wade? Any help is really appreciated. Thanks!!! David Moore.

David,
The Clinch is great river to float but there is a good bit of slow water throughout.
For the most reliable info I suggest you call CR Outfitters in Clinton.
They are very familiar with the river and they are very friendly.
