My brother-in-law and myself arrived in Townsend around 4 pm. Just in time to stop by LRO, set up camp, and be on the water by 6 pm. The first afternoon the fishing was a little slow, we only caught 11 trout - all bows (Thunderhead Prong). The second day we fished LeConte Creek and the Roaring Fork, caught a total of 71 fish - 36 brookies and 35 bows. Day Three we fished Forge and Laurel Creeks and caught a total of 62 fish - all bows. The flies of the trip were size 14 pheasant tails and tellicos tied under a size 12 yellow elk hair caddis. I am going to try to add some pictures, if they don't appear you may check my photo albums.
