My hats off to ya(oops, sorry for the blinding light) for such a grand undertaking.
One of our local guys lost an oar awhile back & the guy that found it didn't want to return it, i'll never understand some people.

Way to go Shawn. May you catch the brown of your life on the river this year!

PS. You didn't by chance find my Lamborghini Diablo below Miller's Island? I let it roll off the ramp as I was towing my new Clackacraft loaded with new Loomis/Sage/Winston rods. They are all missing!
If you seen any of the above items...their mine!
Just wondering. HA!

Congrats again.

Flat Fly n,
With you money that is an easy replacement! Just kidding...

No serious, I have found so much stuff on the river it is ridiculous.

FROM LAST WEEK ALONE:
Actually, I found a unopened pack of gumbi rockfish lures that run about $20. I gave them to a guy that was going trolling at the ramp.

I found one nice river anchor. But, I have lost three this year. So, I am still in the hole on anchors.

I found a plano flat box full of lures about 4 feet down and filled with water. I could not get them up for nothing. I spent about 20 minutes and said forget it. I had planned on giving them to my nephew if there were not ID on the box.

No to mention about 5 spinning lures that were hung up on trees.

*The moral of the story is; if you like it - write your name on it; otherwise you have no chance at getting it back...If you ever lose something on the Clinch - give me a shout. I will try and find it for you...

Small world....
The owner of the stuff you found is a neighbor and fishing buddy. He mentioned you go to the same church.
How about going fishing the three of us ?
