Default 4 year olds fishing trip

The snake charmers are predicting a very nice, sunny and warm Saturday right now. I've got my 4 year old daughter to myself while the wife is at a retreat. I was thinking of taking her fishing. She's been fishing a couple of times but has never caught anything. The trip usually only lasts 15 minutes then its time for the palyground.
I'm still too afraid to take her flyfishing because she might fall in the cold water and never go with me again. If it wasn't for her falling into cold water I'd take her to Gatlingburg or maybe Cherokee. Cherokee is a long way to go for 15 minutes of fishing though.
Does anyone know of a small pond close to Knoxville or Sevierville that has some willing fish we could hit? She's got a dora pole and I've got rooster tails and might even stop and get some worms. We won't keep anything and will probably only be there for 15 minutes! I really want her to catch a fish this time.
(Don't hate on me for not taking her flyfishing. That will come in time)
