Granny -- great pics and report! I camped on a little stream couple of years ago and quite a few of those big bugs took a liking to my lantern and tent - biggest stoneflies I've ever seen live.

Those big salmon flies are something else. I'm Guiding in Pagosa Springs Colorado this year, and those big mothers are coming off. imagine thousands of the things crawling all over you and the fish going nuts.

There you are, I was wondering where you have been. I haven't seen you posting on here in a long time. Btw, I'm heading to NM in september. Will be at Abe's on the San Juan as well as Red River, NM. I probably will check out a stream or two in CO as well. I'm thinking about Animas in Durango as well as Rio Conejos at Antonito. Glad you are back on here.
