Default Hazel Creek Fishing?

I have been planning a trip to Hazel for July 10 weekend. I was wondering about the fishing this time of year? We were planning to hike up to one of the middle or upper campsites. Wanted to know if the water was too low or warm? I fish the TN tailwaters a bunch and was hoping to get in on some Dry Fly action. This is the only weekend I have available...

Any input would be appreciated, and yes I saw the bear thread. Maybe that will keep the fishing pressure light. I carry a bear bag and rope.
