Mountain Harvest
Had a great time in the mountains today.
 +  +  =  Pasta with white wine, butter, olive oil, ramps, morels (should have used more of our morel stock), parsley, & lemon zest. Pretty darn good. The trout got a little toasty, but was still excellent.
