I wish I had a week on that river. Can't even make the weekends work lately. Have ya'll ever stayed in a rental with private river frontage? That's the river at it's best. 4X

That is the way to go. I'm staying in Bristol this time though. Where is a rental with private river frontage ? That is interesting.

The best is holstoncastaways.com. But, it's hard to get a reservation even though they have 3 rental houses on their property.
South Holston flyshop has info on other rentals too. What's really cool is being able to bang a run with a streamer then leave that rod on the bank and pick up my nymph/dry rod and hit the run again (without theft worries). 4X
