Default hiwassee

Fished the Hiwassee today. It is flat out on fire. Started with a Hare's Ear did so so. Switched to a parachute adams and had one of the best days I have had in quite a few years. The wind was really tuff but when I did get fly where it was supposed to be, it was just stupid easy to take fish. The fish in the Hiwassee are on average bigger than in years past. Don't know if it is because of above normal rainfall or the new delayed harvest program. Probably a little of both. Either way the Hiwassee has the best fish population, both in size and strength that it has had in years.
