Question Forney Creek

Has any one fished Forney Creek lately?
How far a hike is it from Clingmans dome parking to fishible water?

probably take you a couple hours to get to where you can fish back up for a bit.....to get to some bigger fish a little while longer

If i remember correctly, it's about 5 miles or so from the dome to water and roughly 7 to the campsite.

i would recommend starting from the road to nowhere and walking in from there, unless you have your heart set on the upper waters. its about the same distance, but the walk out won't be near as hard.
