Instead if having "Junior Members" and "Senior Members" etc, why not have members progress through the stages of a fly "Pupa, nymph, emerger" etc...I think it would better fit the board. JMHO.

On a serious note, we have given consideration to ranks titles but, as you can see from above, it's really hard to come up with any that everyone likes. We'll keep pondering it.
