carp rising in sevierville

hey guys you may want to try this but after i caught smallmouth and shellcrackers i went to some of the slower sections and found carp rising. ended up catching one 8lb and took the fly away from one other.Both took a beetle pattern. Also one note of caution the algea is awful. might have cleared out with rise from the rain though. be patient and dont flock cast pick a target , lead him and he'll find it.

Nothing better then a clooping carp. Beetles are deadly like you said. Hoppers also work well and maybe a little easier to see. Good info
