Roaring Fork, Blackburn Fork and Spring Creek

I am attending Tennessee Tech University and I am looking for other places to fish and camp around campus. I have heard that Roaring Fork, Blackburn Fork, and Spring Creek are excellent smallmouth bass fisheries. I was wondering if there was any way to access the waters and where I would got to do that.
