Black size 20 beadhead zebra midge. Cheap and easy to tie but irresistible to trout everywhere.

My favorite trout fly for TN/NC would have to be the Sheepfly. This thing's a trout magnet. It's basically an Adam's wet fly, but the tail is tweaked a bit...instead of grizzly and brown its just simply brown. Awesome fly.

A Black rubber legged wooly bugger with lots of krystal flash. Fish will hit it out of instinct.
