Default TWRA plans fish hatchery in Elizabethton

I heard this story on a local radio station last week just before leaving town. I was curious so started looking when I got back and found this
http://www.johnsoncitypress.com/Deta...LNEWS&ID=67895
That is pretty much the same report I had heard on the radio.
This was news to me, even though it has apparently been in the works for some time. Anyone else know any more about this? Just curious.

A hatchery in Elizabethton was part of their management plan from a few years back. As was stocking less, but bigger fish.
