TFO Axiom Rod?

Wiggled an Axiom 5wt yesterday (actually that is a bad description...seems it didn't wiggle at all)
This thing felt like a Roman Ballista, like it is a slingshot!
Some Big TFO fans here, what opinions about the Ax'?...I think I want one.

It feels a tad heavier than the TiCr which i feel it closely mimics, a lot more pleasing on the eye IMO as well, is the paint job worth the extra $$, that's entirely up to the buyer
I'd take it & the "R" to the casting lot & see whatcha think.

Not sure but I believe TFO will have a hard time ever beating the professional and ticr series rods no matter what they do. Bet this though, Lefty had his say in it before it was ever built.
