Why do you think there are so many fat stripers (rockfish) down stream?

Current is a funny thing, there is more slack water then you could possibly imagine with 2 generators running on the Clinch. Think of all the ledges which run across the river, they are mini current dams. Just something to think of if you were implying that we lose tons of fish to was out. The only tons of fish we lose each year are to the stringers of baitslingers.

I don't know which is more frustrating, the dead fish on stringers that are in the slot, or the fact that I have NEVER seen anyone checked EVER.
