They have been in shallow water chasing baitfish against the banks so I'm using a slow sinking fly and using a hand twist retreive with short jerks here and there.

I caught 20 on Saturday along the same stretch of the lake. I'm going to be disappointed when they go to the bottom as the water warms up more. This has been incredible fun.

Crappie don't put up much of a fight but on a 3wt they're fun.
