Default Photo in F&S

Anyone see the photo in April F&S, guy in a kayak tied to a jumping blue marlin? Pretty amazing shot. My first thought was how did he just happen to have a photographer out there with him, maybe it was staged -- hook the fish from a boat, then get out in the kayak for the photo. Text says he fought the thing for 5 hours though, so he could have called for reinforcements.

I saw it, agree pretty awesome. I get the issue for free, seems everytime you buy something made by F&S they give you a year free.

I love nearly all of those photos they show each month. Especially the turkey one and trout in this issue.

If they caught the fish in the typical way, They went out in a regular Marlin type boat, hooked the fish from the big boat, then they launch the kayak, the "fisherman" gets in the kayak with the rod, he "fights" the fish until he can land it or tag it. In the mean time the mother ship follows the kayak to assist him and to take photos.

I'm not saying that is how this particular fish was caught, just that is how it seems to be done usually.
